Guests can take a safari tour to see animals such as giant turtles, zebra, antelope, giraffe, and big cats, or can travel around by quad bike, buggy or segway. For the adventurous there are adventure tours with zip lines, hanging bridges and canyoning.
The hotel's main restaurant is the attractive La Madrague, beside the infinity pool and overlooking the bay, built with natural materials in a light, trendy style. It is set at an angle that catches the light from sunrise to sunset, giving it a very special atmosphere, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with the evening meals either theme buffets or à la carte. The restaurant serves an international cuisine, imparting a Creole accent to many well-known dishes. Around the beach pool, La Plage, the beach restaurant and bar, is open all day for light meals. As the sun sets, on four evenings a week during the dry season, La Plage becomes a simple, elegant, exclusive dining venue where you can savour fish and grilled lobster under the stars. The restaurant is flanked by the sea, so you can enjoy your meals to the sound of the waves lapping on the sands of Tamarin Bay.
There are also two delightful bars, including Le Dix-Neuf (The 19th) on the golf course, overlooking the river and the 18th hole, and offering light meals and snacks with spectacular views. Le Bar, on a deck overlooking the bay, and shaded by a 100-year-old Badamier or Tropical Almond tree, is a romantic spot to relax with cocktails and beverages from 11 a.m. till midnight. When the sun goes down, you can enjoy your drinks reclining on long chairs on the sands, facing the sea.
