On the south-westerly Le Morne Peninsula, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the dramatic Le Morne Brabant Mountain creates a spectacular backdrop for this ultra-stylish resort. At Le Manoir Dining Room, where the décor and ambience evoke the private dining room of a colonial stately home, guests can savour an international buffet offering a subtle variety of fresh produce to please every palate, while the Boathouse Bar and Grill, located right by the beach, provides a gourmet experience of seafood and vintage wines & champagne - especially enticing at night, with romantic lighting enhancing the elegant island-influenced décor.
