Specially for Jumeirah Beach Hotel guests looking for more intimate and exclusive accommodation, tucked away in a secluded corner of the grounds is the Beit Al Bahar, or House of the Sea. An elegant cluster of just 19 one-bedroom and two-bedroom villas, the Beit Al Bahar is enclosed within lush gardens, ensuring total peace and privacy. The complex is designed and built to provide an authentic Arabian experience, and the way the villas are clustered between narrow winding walkways recreates the style of an Arabian village.
When guests arrive at the Beit Al Bahar, they are greeted by a personal concierge, and guided to an exclusive reception area, inside a sumptuous Bedouin-style tent. The resort has its own private pool, where stylish sun-loungers are scattered around. To guarantee total peace and seclusion, security guards are on duty round the clock, to ensure access is restricted to Beit Al Bahar guests and their visitors.
Although guests are able to use all the facilities and restaurants of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, including the Villa Beach Restaurant which is close by, the Cafe Wadi caters exclusively for Beit Al Bahar guests. Located next to the main reception, the Cafe Wadi offers a full international menu, to be enjoyed with amazing views across the resort. The Cafe also provides a full range of beverages.

Each one of the 19 villas is individually designed, so no two are exactly alike. However, all the villas replicate the traditional architecture of Arabia, with wooden beams that arch high above each room, creating an open and welcoming atmosphere. The villas are richly decorated in red and gold colour schemes, and feature Persian carpets, stained glass windows and original works of art. The spacious living rooms have wooden furniture and sumptuous sofas, and provide Internet access, DVD player and library, and a laptop.
The bedrooms are sumptuously draped in smooth dusky linens and bolstered cushions, with soft Persian rugs, and each has a king-sized bed with decorative canopies. Leading off each bedroom is an extravagant bathroom with bright gold fittings. Along with twin marble sinks, each bathroom has an enormous circular sunken bath.
Each villa has access to its own private terrace, through a heavy wooded Arabian doorway, with a parchment inscribed with the guest's name -- an Arab tradition to welcome you home. The private terraces have lovely views, and each has sun-loungers and an intimate dining area. Secreted away in the grounds of each villa is a private mosaic plunge pool.
Beit Al Bahar has an overriding principle of personalised service, and an extensive room service menu is available, to allow guests to dine in the seclusion of their own villa or terrace. Each villa is assigned a private butler, who is there to attend to all your needs, including drawing luxurious baths with a selection of aromatherapy oils. There is even an exclusive massage therapist on hand, to provide relaxing treatments in the privacy of your villa.
